How does CaseBreak work?

CaseBreak uses a roulette system (similar to CS:GO) to deliver its prizes. The user has the possibility of receiving a lower value item or a much higher value item. Our system works with a random percentage of chance, but it gives the user the certainty of getting the skin of the chosen weapon (M4A1-S, M4a4, AWP, AK-47).

How can I buy?

1- Login to your account

2- Add and verify your trade link in your "account" page

3- Choose a case you want to buy.

4- Click on the case and then click “Open Case for x ammount”

5- Our algorithm will randomly pick an item for you and you will see a notification overlay which will show you the item you have won.

Where can I find my Trade URL?

1- Visit this link

2- Enter your Steam login credentials

3- At the sub-item “Third-Party Sites” you will find your trade URL

PS: Whenever you create a new Trade URL, your old one will be rendered useless.

Please don’t forget to update it on our site when changing it.

How will I receive my items?

You will receive your items as a trade offer, which you can find here: https://steamcommunity.com/id/me/tradeoffers. You only have to accept the trade request from our bot.

PS: Due to Steam restrictions, you will have to set your inventory visibility as “public” before we send you a trade offer.

How long does it take until I can retrieve my items?

Your items should be available in 2 hours or less. If the bot is offline or skin is not available at the moment the process could take up to 12 hours. If your skin is not available in this period please contact an administrator.

Why my winning skin shows in a popup?

As some can manipulate the wheel via browser with javascript, the only way we can be sure and avoid scams is showing the skin in a pop-up window. So, when in doubt, know that the winning skin is always the one in the pop-up.

I didn’t receive my item through the trade request, what do I do now?

If you didn’t receive your item or the trade was cancelled, then that’s a problem on your end.

Your account might be not be able to trade at the moment, there are several reasons why that might be the case.

You can always request a new trade offer from our bot via your CaseBreak inventory.

If you are not able to solve the problem or you suspect that one of our bots is the root of the problem, please send a message to our Support.
